REFLEXOLOGY - In Crowthorne, Sandhurst and Binfield

I never thought that I would spend part of my days working on peoples feet!

I trained and qualified as a reflexologist in 2001, and am registered with British Reflexology Association, and alongside my homeopathic practice regularly see reflexology clients. I enjoy the hands on approach of reflexology and the benefits that it brings.

I would describe my treatments as being therapeutic as well as relaxing. My aim is to make you feel well as well as relaxed!

Most sessions last about 45 minutes to an hour, but if time is short, I can still provide a really worthwhile treatment in 20 to 30 minutes.

If you are unsure whether reflexology is for you, you are more than welcome to call and discuss it further, with no obligation.

Where did I train?

Not content with the standard reflexology training, I have also studied Advanced Reflexology Techniques (ART) (ART information), as well as Vertical Reflexology (VRT) (a more powerful form - for more VRT information) and reflexology to help with sub fertility and especially reproductive reflexology techniques; and am qualified as a maternity reflexologist(Maternity Reflexology information).

Reflexology #02

Maternity Reflexology

Maternity reflexology may help prepare and relax the mother to be as well as improving digestion, helping with sleep and may be beneficial for those suffering with SPD. It may also be useful in helping to "prime" the body in readiness for labour. If you are interested and want to know more, or are unsure whether this is suitable for you and your baby I am more than willing to discuss this with you.

Have a look at the Maternity Network.

Why should I have reflexology?

Reflexology is suitable for any age, and may be helpful with chronic conditions such as sinusitis, multiple sclerosis, constipation, stress, hormonal disturbances, sleep difficulties to name just a few. It may also be of benefit for those planning on parenthood or for those with fertility issues.

Sub-fertility & Pregnancy

Sub-fertility or difficulties getting pregnant make up a large proportion of the client's that I see. I like to ideally treat both partners if possible as it "takes two" as they say.

I combine the session with information about diet, lifestyle and prescribe as indicated either homeopathically or with Bush Flower Essences.

I have completed the Reproreflexology course with Barbara Scott of Seren Natural Fertility in Nottingham, to further increase my knowledge and experience in this area, and have found it to be highly beneficial for both my clients and myself.
