Homeopathy & Reflexology in Crowthorne and Sandhurst,Berkshire
"Keeping Healthy Naturally"
THANK YOU FOR YOUR INTEREST IN MY PRACTICE. AS I AM RELOCATING ABROAD THE PRACTICE IS NOW CLOSED. SHOULD YOU REQUIRE A HOMEOPATH IN THE LOCAL AREA, HAVE A LOOK AT THE FOLLOWING WEBSITE www.tvhoms.org.uk
I WOULD ALSO LIKE TO TAKE THE OPPORTUNITY TO THANK MY MANY TREASURED CLIENTS FOR THEIR SUPPORT OVER THE PAST 10 YEARS, IT HAS BEEN A PLEASURE.
I know from personal experience that when you feel unwell or are in pain then things seem to require more effort, are harder to do, or for some, just never seem to improve. I 10 years experience as a homeopath, and even longer as a nurse, I feel that I have a lot of knowledge to bring to my practice.
As a classically trained homeopath and CEASE practitioner I work from clinics in Crowthorne and Sandhurst Berkshire, which are easily accessible from many areas including Warfield, Bracknell,Binfield, Ascot, Wokingham, Twyford, Camberley, Frimley, Sunningdale, Virginia Water, Windsor, Yateley and Eversley. Clinic hours vary from day time to afternoon and evening and some Saturday mornings.
Although I tend to describe myself as classically trained, this does not stop me from adapting my treatment format to suit the person I see before me. I am constantly striving to keep up with information and ideas and also to refresh that which I have learned. The one thing you can definitely say about homeopathy is that you are never done learning. I have studied in Calcutta India in the slum clinics, to increase my knowledge of disease and treatment, as homeopaths in India tend to be exposed to a wider degree of disease and health disturbance than here in the west.
One of the best aspects of homeopathy, in my opinion, is that the consultation gives you and me the opportunity to discuss just what it is you are struggling with, rather than the scant 10 minutes many people find they experience at the surgery. This allows us to look at possible ways of treatment as well as possible avenues of causation.

The Founder of Homeopathy Samuel Hahnemann described the ideal of homeopathy as being
"..rapid, gentle and permanent restoration of health"
When you feel well, you do well, and others around you notice and benefit from this. Homeopathy may not provide the answer for everyone, but for a large majority of my clients it has seemed to have been of benefit.

What have I been up to recently?
Although I have studied nutrition, it was a while ago now, and I have decided that I needed to freshen up my skill and knowledge so am undertaking a distance learning nutritional therapist course. It's hard work, but I am learning so much, it definitely is a case of what you eat has an impact on how you feel.
Alongside this, I have been studying with Emmett therapies, the Emmett Technique, if you would like to know more about this gentle but effective technique, click here emmett technique
And finally, I have just finished a 3 day workshop on improving my massage skills, this intensive weekend with Jing Advanced Massage School, has taught me a wide range of deeply effective and deeply relaxing techniques, which going by the look on my test clients, was well worth attending.
